For fastboot on netgear remove the battery and cable then hold the reset button on the back and slide the battery in first and continue to hold reset in and plug the cable in then keep holding reset until your pc dings, about 5 seconds or so.

OK update since yesterday I have now got then imei written (hard code only)
Now need to make some de-throttle files for it, it runs about 220mbps on tmobile here without dethrottle so
lets de-throttle it and see what it can do.

No sorry, I stopped working on that as I do not have a MR6xxx device anymore to continue the work, and to downgrade the only safe way to load across platforms is by custom file loaded via fastboot to the non secure parts only. trying to load the secure parts will only end in brick.

I got a couple of these a few days ago, they are nice but have some updated securities so it is a work in progress.

I enabled the ports then just erased sbl and it will be stuck in 9008 mode but fair warning if you do that you will need to
reload at least the sbl after sending a proper loader to it or it will never come out of 9008 mode and boot back up.

You should prob start your own thread, you might be needing 2 of them, one for how to recover it if you keep trying to load off platform firmware to your device, this is very risky especially if you are doing it repetitively.

So I worked with this device some more over the last few days and can say t9 firmware does work fine and acts basically like any other t9 device, it gets service and as my build has all the hidden menus enabled and is pre-unlocked with the imei zerod out this all reflects on the t10 when the ...

It is not any of the pads, these boards on these inseego devices are all based of the m2000/m2100 board so just look on one of those.

not pads on the fg, on the qc board you have to jump the points where the reset button would be.

none of those will get you to fastboot, you have to lay the qualcomm board over to get to it.

That is good then that you did not try to reload the firmware because it was not needed and you may have put your device
in jeopardy doing so, firmware loading should always be a last resort because it is not always successful and can leave your device borked worse than it was.

Before you go trying to load firmware to it ( which is dangerous ) don't you think you should try and find out why it is overheating?

It is mep you need to use which is locked out on your platform, there is no need to load firmware anymore to correct the now closed port and no mep functionality, it can be corrected on any device on any platform now and keeping the os intact

I gained my root access thru the adb port so I never needed the root pass so I never bothered to decrypt it, try frk9x07
that was it for the t9 and this one has the same chip so it may work. if it doesnt you can decrypt it by brute force use md5crypt to do it.

Those buckets are missing some complete series as well as some single firmwares such as the entire AT&T firmware for MR1100 as well as some of the MRxxxx pro and non-pro series, the carrier can request to be the sole source for it which excludes it from any of those netgear/amazon buckets.

Just to clarify, that is not every netgear firmware for every nighthawk it is just what is in those buckets but that is not all of them by any means.

look in the forum somewhere here there is some links to some MRxxxx firmwares, I would not try loading cross sku files to your device if it is fuzed or you will be needing my services to recover it.

Your device is likely fuzed and cannot downgrade or load cross platform sku's firm, its just a guess though.

These have 2 boards, the bigger board has a openwrt build and the smaller, what I call the qualcomm board has the
OS2 build on it. I hope they do not reproduce that in other devices, it is a real hassell
