I am new at attempting to flash my device, and i feel if i am able to rollback the FW i will get much more use out of it.
My goal is to eventually repair the imei so i can unlock the device's true potential.

Current FW - NTGX65_12.01.54.00
Goal FW - NTGX65_10.04.22.00_00

I have attempted to rollback using FDT on both my laptop and my home PC and received error codes on both

My laptop received Primary error code 82

My PC received primary error code 51

I have followed this tutorial down to the TEE, aside from not being able to download the Netgear drivers "AC78xSDrivers.exe" because the link appears to be dead.

Please if anyone can even just nudge me i the right direction, this is the only place where i was able to learn information about these types of devices. Thank you

Put it in download mode manually first.

I went ahead and tried putting my device in download mode first before running cmd and fdt, unfortunately i was met with the same error

are you trying to load cross platform or something?

I apologize friend, I’m not sure what you mean by
“load cross platform”

It means load a different firmware to your device than was meant for it such as load a 6550 firmware to your 6150

I am not using a FW that was intended for another device, the FW is for the device I am trying to flash, I feel like I’m stuck.
I must be doing something wrong, I am willing to pay someone to help at this point, Do you know anyone that can perhaps show me where I am going wrong?

I can help you to get it working. first show/post a pic of the sticker of your device (blot out the imei please) then post the exact name of the firmware you are using.

What is the exact name of the file you are trying to load to it?

This is the name of the file

MR6150-100NAS_23115637_NTGX65_10.04.22.00_00_Generic_02.06_00.secc.cwe

the file is 218mb

ok please check that your pc has the driver loaded after you manually put it into dl mode, look in your device manager.

This was what shows when i have my device plugged in DL mode
The highlighted device is definitely my device

well thats your problem so load a driver for it and you should be good

UPDATE: I was able to locate the correct drivers and apply them to my device and I received this while attempting to flash
however there was now a meter that was updating on my device screen which the furthest ive gotten!

so then once the meter was full my device restarted then i unplugged from my pc and turned it on, it said there was an update so i got worried that i was going to update it again back to FW 12....
so i then quickly removed the battery and restarted my device but upon restarting I am now at the designated
FW 10!! oh man thanks youre a legend! do you except any form of payment? cause i was legit stuck and thanks to you i got it!
