WS1208v2 + quectel RM520N-GL (T-Mobile)

I can turn on the router and my Internet works great for about 15 minutes. After about 15 minutes I no longer have Internet. If I turned the router off and turn it back on the Internet will work for about 15 minutes again. I'm not sure why it keeps dropping Internet. Any advice or help would be appreciated. If you need more information i'll be glad to post it.
