MOFI4500 4GXeLTE V2 can't connect to modem

I was messing around with port forwarding and DMZ settings and now I am unable to connect to my MOFI4500. I don't mean I just can't login to it, but when I type the IP in FireFox it times out and I never get to the login screen. Anything I can do or must I do a hard factory reset to get back into it? It still is operating correctly because I still am connected to the internet but just can't connect to it. I am connected via a ethernet cable directly to the router and can ping it. I have seen a procedure for a factory reset and another for a "recovery". What can I do to bet back connected?
