regarding your question rich, its a bit of a mixture these days, voip and real phone numbers. for the obvious reasons. real mobile phone numbers successfully recieve the OTP at a rate of nearly 10 to 1. but on the other hard, voip numbers are extremely cheap and you dont need to pay for sim cards ...
