Re: NEXR5GO, EM7565, Visible Wireless
Did you use this tutorial to set up the WiFiX firmware on the router?

This needs to be done.
Also when you do the TTL settings on the turtorial to the left on that tab there is "custom rules". Put this in the custom rules below and hit the reset ...

Re: NEXR5GO, EM7565, Visible Wireless
Once all that is done need to do AT commands to get this going.
In the firmware go to "Modem" "Miscellaneous "AT-Command Terminal" "AT Command"
In that space there will put these command one at a time waiting for response of ok each time.
Once this is done will want to insert the sim card then power ...

Re: NEXR5GO, EM7565, Visible Wireless
As a point of clarification, I put my sim card in the adapter for the modem. There is, however, a sim card adapter on the motherboard as well. Should my SIM card have gone there?
Put it in adapter that goes on the side of the router. Put it this way. Shouldn't have to use a screw driver to ...

Re: NEXR5GO, EM7565, Visible Wireless
OK
Are you sure that the apn is set correctly?
Never did understand the difference between the sim card places?
Said one place it would connect and another it wouldn't?

Re: Tether Phone to GL.iNET GL-MT300N-V2 Wireless Mini Portable Travel Router
Thought would put in my streaming experience with VISIBLE. Works perfect with Netflix, Hulu and CBS all access. Have issues with amazon prime video. Gets pixelated most of the time. Then every once in awhile works fine.
A vpn would work. Honestly never had good luck with VPN on my fire cube. Works ...

Re: Can't Get USB Tethering Working
On my Verizon phone needed TTL 117.
Recently switched to Visible for my phone. Like it allot, super cheap, same coverage, just high ping.
Just recently got one of these routers as well. Seems good deal for tethering a phone too.

Hello,
Sounds like Verizon is throttling your speeds. Honestly wouldn't upgrade router for better WiFi. Since your speeds are below 100 the WE826 would be just fine with WiFi disables and another router plugged into it.
